	To treat tenants, homeowners and company representatives respectfully.

	To provide only those services you are qualified to perform in a professional manner.
	To give us updates on status of services when provided.
	To deliver detailed and readable invoices.

	Copy of a contractor's license when the service you provide requires one.
	Proof of liability insurance.
	If you have employees you must provide proof of workers compensation insurance. If you have no employees you must disclose it in writing.
	W-9 form for tax reporting purposes as required by the IRS.

	We inspect services provided for thoroughness.
	We follow-up with our tenants for satisfaction with your services.
	We periodically review the status of your license with the Contractor's Board to look for updates on published complaints against your company.
